Lisa Okoroafor, BSN, RN, brings over eight years of diverse nursing experience across multiple healthcare environments—including home health, long-term care, rehabilitation, psychiatric care, and hospital settings. This broad foundation has shaped her into an exceptional clinical leader and educator.

Currently pursuing her Master’s degree as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Lisa continues to advance her expertise while serving her community through healthcare education. She is a certified CPR instructor with the American Heart Association, the Red Cross, and HSI, and as of October 2025, she is also a Medication Administration Train-the-Trainer. Her dedication reflects her belief that with heart, discipline, and determination, anything is possible—especially for women pursuing demanding careers and personal goals.

A devoted mother of three, Lisa flawlessly balances her responsibilities as a parent, student, instructor, and nurse. She currently serves as the Director of Nursing at Achievers Home Health Care, the Assistant Director of Nursing at Arbors at Delaware, and a Charge Nurse at OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital. Despite her demanding schedule, she remains deeply involved in her children’s lives, supporting their extracurricular activities and serving as a guiding role model for her younger siblings.
